Home Edition
The Home Edition is a compact, easy-to-use launch monitor built for indoor practice in a living room, spare room or private studio. Square Golf combines machine vision with a high-speed camera to measure shots. Its features:
- Marking balls and club marker: dedicated marking balls measure back spin and side spin, and a marker attached to the club shaft gives swing feedback. The box includes three Square Golf marking balls.
- Virtual swing support: practise and play games indoors with a swing stick; Square Golf says it measures the stick’s path and face to give data close to a real shot.
- Battery: 8 hours of wireless use on one charge.
- Devices: connects by Bluetooth to mobile devices and PCs to run the dedicated software.
Omni Edition
The Omni Edition captures both ball and club data with machine vision and high-speed cameras, indoors, outdoors and on real turf. Its features:
- Marker-free dimple tracking: use any golf ball without markings. Optional club markers give precise club and impact feedback, including impact location.
- Built-in display for real-time shot data.
- Battery: 6 hours on a charge.
- Software: training and simulation through Square Golf’s software and third-party platforms.
Software
The Square Golf app brings data, training and gameplay into one interface, tracks your performance over time, and includes Square Golf’s own in-house courses, which use its physics engine. Square Golf says the software is updated continuously.
Third-party simulation software: Square Golf lists GSPro, E6 Connect, Awesome Golf and Creative Golf as compatible platforms.
